The  Level 3 report consists of a detailed visual inspection of the building, its services and the grounds and is more extensive than a Home Survey Level 2. 

This Survey is particularly advisable for older properties, or if the property is of an unusual construction, in poor state of repair or has been extensively altered.

The Level 3 RICS Survey represents the most detailed form of inspection.
