Great Surveyors
I spent a long time searching for well reviewed Surveyors and actually asked Chat GPT to give me a list of 5 best rated in the area. ADC came up as the 1st. I was a little reserved at first due to me being a first time buyer and the limited reviews, however they have not disappointed. The value of the Level 3 survey was very competitive and they were able to complete the survey the same week! Anton did the Survey Friday, I received a call on Monday to discuss key points and the full report was sent on Wednesday! Very fast service and the survey is very thorough. Massive thank you to Anton for all his help. I would very much recommend ADC.

Wonderful Experience
Cannot praise Anton enough. He was very helpful and kind to reschedule my house survey to a sooner date when i requested. The survey report itself was very detailed and insightful, it was clear to see that Anton takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping his customers, even using a drone for the roof. Excellent service
Excellent service! Anton did an incredibly in depth survey of a property I was looking at purchasing. Unfortunately the property wasn't up to the standards I was hoping for. Decided to go back with ADC surveyors for my second property as the first survey I had done was so well done.
Heard many stories of surveyors not being thorough enough but I can safely say, that is not the case with Anton.
Very happy with the service I received. Will recommend to friends and family.
